In the mornings you can have a good hardy country breakfast. There is the option of toast, bacon & farm fresh free range eggs cooked the way you like it, tomatoes, mushrooms, coffee, tea, yoghurt, danish, cereals and juice to set you up for the day ahead.
Then go and explore our beautiful city, hills, valley's and beaches at your own pace or just relax, maybe read a good book and chill. Peace is good for the soul.
If you have time during the day or the evening, stroll around the property, pat the horses & feed them a carrot, watch the bird life, relax by the sparkling heated swimming pool or sip on your favourite wine, coffee or tea while watching the horse riders in the arena (sometimes they fall off and you can see if they bounce).
There is an extensive garden and shaded entertainment area outside which includes BBQ facilities.
For those business moments, WiFi Broadband Internet throughout the property and fax facilities access is available.
Coranda Lodge Bed and Breakfast offers ideal accommodation for couples and family groups with 3 charming guest rooms to choose from. All rooms have private entry from pool/patio area, reverse cycle air conditioning, High Definition LCD TV & DVD Player, Radio/alarm, tea & coffee facilities and fresh towels and linen supplied as well as pool towels.
Cooked or continental breakfast is included. (Lunches and dinners can be arranged with some prior notice but please note that charges do apply)
Horses are also most welcome. If you are attending a horse show in Perth or just passing through, we will happily agist your horse while you stay with us.
We have paddocks available. You can exercise your horse in the main arena, round yard or jump area, wash and show prep your horse ready for the next morning show.
Float parking area is available. A large selection of feed and hay is available and included in agistment costs. Please see the rates page.
Drive to Coranda Estate the day before your show, prep your horse and kick back during the evening. You will feel refreshed for your show in the morning.
