FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Coranda Estate Equestrian CentreNEWS FLASH 8th February, 2008 We are looking at having a representative from Equissage visit us at 2.00pm on Saturday the 29th March, 2008 to give us a demonstration of the horse massage equipment they offer. We are looking for three horses as guinea pigs. If your horse needs a massage (or not) and you would like him/her to have a massage for free, please tell Tony or Carolyn. Okey and Chance will not be used in the demonstration. (just a joke) Please indicate numbers interested on flyer which is on the notice board in the stables. We estimate the demonstration will take approximately 2 hours in total. This will be followed by drinks & nibblies. All agistees and friends are welcome to attend. (no charge)
21st February, 2008 We are going to the Naval Base Beach at 5.00pm on the 8th March, 2008. All agistees and families are welcome to join us. At presnt we number about 38 people going. I don't know how many floats or spaces are available but talk to your friends and get organised. On our return, dinner and drinks will be supplied and ready on the patio. We hope you will all be hungry by then. Anyone not going to the beach is welcome to join us for dinner and drinks when the others return. Please BYO beer, wines, etc. We hope you all have a great time.
2nd October 2007 You can see for yourself how Okey is going. Leah won 1st place in the Western Trail at the Silver Buckle Series on the 1st October, 2007 Thank you to all Members and Participants and a special thank you to the Appaloosa Association.
3rd June, 2007. This was Okey's second ridden show. Again, well done to Lea and Okey. 3 x Champion, 7 x First Place, 1 x Second Place and 1 x Fourth Place. 12 ribbons in all for Palomino, Quarter Horse and Western ridden events. Thank you to all the people at the Orange Grove Breed Show and especially to our judge Jackie. What a great job. Thank you. 27th May, 2007. Well, we were all surprised. Okey behaved himself very well and Lea handled him very well. They did us proud in both the Halter events and ridden in the afternoon. Even though there were some testing moments, Lea came away with a big smile at the end of the day. 25th May, 2007 Okey, GOLD N OAK, is going to his first, possibly, ridden show on Sunday 27th May, 2007. To be held at Whiteman Park. Lea will be showing In Hand for the first time and with a bit of encouragement may ride in some events. Stay tuned.
Carolyn & Tony.
Thank you.
